South Texas Deer Hunting *Hunters are welcome, rifle or bow!*

Location: Pearsall, Texas

Hunting Properties: 7 Private ranches totalling 10,000+ acres.

High and low fence.

Terrain: Classic South Texas mesquite and cactus flats. If it doesn't

bite you it will poke you!

Lodging: Full lodging is included. Currently located between

Dilley and Pearsall TX.

Whitetail hunts: All inclusive four day hunt includes lodging, meals,

guide. Our hunts take place beginning in October and continue

thru the end of February. All hunts are guided, one on one

hunts.

Hunting Blinds: Rifle hunters will be hunting out of box stands or

ground blinds. Bow hunters will hunt out of brushed in popup

blinds or permanent ground blinds.

Transportation: Transportation is provided during the hunt. Transportation to and from San Antonio airport may be included as an

extra service for $100 per person.

License: State of Texas hunting license is required. Check out

www.tpwd.com for license info.

Hunt Fee: $2500.00 (all inclusive four day hunt)

Trophy Fees: Additional fee paid based on the class deer you shoot.

Based on gross Boone & Crockett score.

139 7/8 and below $1500.00

160-169 7/8 $6500.00

180-189 7/8 $12,500.00

Payment Policy: A deposit of 50% of the hunt fee per hunter is required and is non-refundable to book your dates. Final payment of remaining hunt fee and trophy fee per hunter may be made at the conclusion of your hunt. Tips for guide and staff are customary.

Wounded deer lost policy: Wounded deer lost after best efforts of dogs and men will be considered that hunters deer and the hunter will be charged at rate of guide's best on the hoof estimate of the B&C score. If the antlers are found they are the property of the hunter and fee is adjusted accordingly.

South Texas Dove Hunting

Some of the best dove hunting in Texas is located just south of San

Antonio in Pearsall Texas, and we now have access to over 5000 acres

of prime dove hunting property in this major flyway. You will be able

to hunt in feeding fields, afternoon watering areas, or flyways leading

to both, without the crowds. Lodging is available for up to eighteen

hunters at this time. Some of our properties allow afternoon hunts

only.

Three (3) day dove hunt, afternoon hunt day one, morning and afternoon hunt day two,

morning hunt day three. Lodging with meals, snacks, drinks, skeet shooting area, satellite

TV.

$650.00/hunter (four hunter minimum)

Nonrefundable deposit of $200.00/hunter required at time of booking.

Balance due upon arrival on first day of hunt.

Day hunt only, no lodging -

$125.00/hunter/day 4 hunter minimum

Below is a regional map as well as an aerial view. The circles are irrigated areas of

various agricultural crops including peanuts and corn, which hold large concentrations of

both whitewings and mourning doves for the first half of the season.

South Texas Turkey Hunting

We also offer a challenging hunt for Rio Grande Turkeys on the Frio River bottom in the

Pearsall, TX area. These hunts are semi-guided, three day hunts with all meals and lodging

included.

$1200.00 Three day hunt with lodging for two Texas Rio Grande Gobblers, all the hogs you

want to clean, and coyotes. Transportation provided during hunts. Taxidermy available.
